About the event
The session will include crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and more! You will be lying on the floor, so make sure to bring anything you need to be comfortable- a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfortable clothes! Please show up 10-15 minutes early to get situated.
